To register, fill in the form online (below) or download the PDF Registration form (right).  Once completed, you can email it to [email protected] or drop it in the collection boxes at Mass. Please reach out if you have any difficulty accessing the form. 

After we receive your form, you will be contacted by a New Member Minister to help you get settled at Saint Bernadette.  You will also be invited to a New Member Orientation Meeting.
